the things in this list are tropical fruits that are common in Thailand, but might not
be common in your home country (idk where you're from). So...if you don't know what it

Just a warning, my mom got her diabetes from eating 10 kilos or fruits everyday. We
tried to tell her to stop doing that for years, but she didn't listen until half of her
face was paralyzed.
There is a saying that goes หวานตัดขา, which means it's so sweet I will have to cut off
my legs. It's a reference to how diabetes destroys your nerves, a lot of the times in
your legs. When it gets so bad you have to amputate it. Watch your sugar intake. Eat in
